Ah it's Friday. It's time to play hip hop music and stretch those knees out before a night of crazy dancing tonight! Would it not make sense for you to kick your weekend off with a sexy, fun new music video from one of South Africa's hottest upcoming artists; YBK? The local rapper released his new music video for his single Trippy Twerk and we've been dancing to it all morning up here at ZAlebs HQ (No, we are NOT sending you videos!) 

YBK's video for Trippy Twerk made its debut this week as the video aired on Channel O twice on Tuesday the 24th of June and the reception to it's release has been pretty positive. We know for a fact we've had a couple of ZAlebs tweeters ask us when we're going to interview YBK again, especially after watching the awesome new video. Y, if we're reading this, we also have a settle to score on the XBox! 

“The concept for the track came to me while I was smoking hubbly and watching a video by Juicy J. I got the idea when my friends started commenting on Miley Cyrus’ twerking skills. I hit the studio and cooked up Trippy Twerk,” says YBK

Uh what? We couldn't contain our laughter when we read that this was what inspired YBK to record and release this new song; but hey, who are we to judge? We're just grateful we have a real hip hop banger to begin our Friday and now you do too! Check it out below:
