It looks like Zahara was just as surprised as the rest of us when she read those engagement and pregnancy reports about herself.
The singer, whose Country Girl album went platinum in just two weeks, is reportedly set to walk down the aisle and expecting a baby with her man, Umhlobo Wenene DJ Amaza Ntshanga.
A source told Drum magazine: “Zahara is pregnant but its still early days. I’m not supposed to divulge this to you because both of them want it to be kept a secret.”
However, the singer doesn’t seem like she knows about this. When asked about the reports on CliffCentral on Friday, she said: “Even myself I posted and I don’t know if it’s there. I was like ‘Oh wow! I just found out I’m engaged and pregnant’.”
When asked if she’s engaged and pregnant, Zahara said: “I just found out from the papers. So I was like ‘congratulations to myself’. I’m pregnant and I’m engaged? Oh wow,” she laughed.
