Can this Major League twin stop denying his engagement?

For months, speculation has been rife that one of the Major League twins (Banele Mbere) is dating Instagram influencer and beauty blogger Mihlali Ndamase. 

And while we’ve let the rumors slide until this point, we had to sit up and take notice when Mihlali posted an image of herself wearing what looks like an engagement ring. 

Her followers seem to have the same idea we do as they were quick to congratulate her. 

This is not the first time the couple has made headlines for said engagement, late last year, the Daily Sun ran with the story that the duo were engaged to which Bandile responded “it’s not true. We are not engaged and we are not planning on getting married anytime soon,” in an interview with Times Live.

He then said it was merely a promise ring that she has had for two years and is not an indicator of impending marriage but c’moooon. A PROMISE RING signifies a promise. What are you promising her then Bandz?

Especially considering the fact that the couple reportedly lives together.

Mihlali seems like quite the catch. In addition to being beautiful and hella stylish, the strategic brand communications student is always on top of social issues, often lending her thought’s to much needed discussions. Beauty and brains, we don’t blame you for wanting to show your commitment Bandile, don’t be ashamed.
