Just as many were pained to learn about the gruesome alleged abuse that the award winning musician, Busisiwe Thwala aka Cici endured in the hands of one of SA's Kwaito legends, Arthur Mafokate. It seems the Qiniso hitmaker has been blessed with another shot at love and homeboy did the things by putting a ring on it.
Not much is known about Cici's private life, let alone her love life therefore glimpses of her newly sizzling romance trickled a certain level of excitement from her followers.
The Kwa Zulu Natal born star's ex boyfriend, Arthur Mafokate wouldn't exactly win the 'boyfriend of the year award', as the chronicles of their relationship were widely publicized with bouts of serious assault charges directed at Arthur.
Photographs of Cici's injuries soon hit the Internet, whereby bruises on various parts of her body were visible and her pelvic bone had been seriously fractured, due to the heartwrenching incident whereby she was dragged on the streets whilst holding onto the door to Arthur's car.
Fast forward to the year 2019, the trajectory of Cici's love life has changed to her favour, and we're here for it.
Taking to Instagram, Cici posted a photograph of herself - clad in a conservative yellow traditional dress, coupled with a white furry shawl covering her shoulders, which was then completed by a doek. A typical "Makoti look".
