This was revealed in the first episode of the new season of her reality show DJ Zinhle: The Unexpected.

In a video leaked on social media showing the wedding and lobola proceedings DJ Zinhe is heard saying Bongani “wants to be served husband, he doesn’t want to be called boyfriend anymore.”

She continued: “There’s been a lot of changes since you guys last saw us. Bongani and his family came to my mom’s house to negotiate Indaba ya ma lobola. We decided that it should be a small thing with his family and Bongz’ family.”

Zinhle admits to previously never having ambitions to getting married.

“I never felt like I was with anyone that I wanted to marry but Bongani and I spent a lot of time talking about it and thinking about what we want to do. I’m excited to be his wife.”

Zinhle’s uncles are seen welcoming Bongani’s family chanting their clan names.
DJ Zinhle Dragged For Father’s Day Post

As healthy as the co-parenting between DJ Zinhle and AKA is, people on social media are often left divided over some of the things they do publicly. This past Father’s Day, she celebrated her baby daddies, however, some people felt her celebrating AKA was a bit too much considering the fact that they had broken up and moved on a long time ago.

The mother of two wished her boyfriend Murdah Bongz a Happy Fathers Day. Then on Twitter, she wished AKA, Kairo's father, a good one as well.

Despite the negative reception, DJ Zinhle reminded people that they should never judge others based on situations they have never been in themselves.

AKA responded to people saying it's wrong for boyfriends to post and celebrate their baby mamas. But he said it's called being matured.

"Those that say they don't see anything wrong with their boyfriends posting their baby mama's amaze me, lmao I'd perish," the woman said. AKA clapped back and said, "It’s called … maturity. Being an adult. Try it. It’s lit."

Black Motion Calm The Storm Amid Reports That They Split

Despite rumours that they have split up, Black Motion assured their fans that they will remain together. The pair shared a picture of them in studio together and captioned the post. “Cut the noise — let the music go on,” read the caption.

The official statement released by Black Spirit reads; “This comes after damaging and untrue rumours that emerged on 29 April 2022, that Black Motion has split on social media by an account only known as Musa Khawula. Spirit Motion would like to state in a record that Black Motion members Thabo Mabongwa aka Smol and Bongani Mahosana aka Murdahbongz have not parted ways. Black Motion still exists and has plans for more years to come.”

The statement continued to read and address a few branding changes that the bandmates have taken in their individual capacities as solo brands. “The only change which does not affect the change is that Murdah has rebranded himself from Murdah to Morda. This is because he is preparing to launch his solo career as a DJ but still remains part and parcel of Black Motion.”

Smol will also be exploring other business ventures on his own, which will be announced when they are solidified. Later, Murdah rebranded as Morda and launched his solo career.
