South African media personality, Minnie Dlamini-Jones, is still on cloud nine as she embraces her pregnancy which was recently announced. As Minnie looks forward to her impending motherhood, she has can’t help but reflect on the day her life changed for ever.

In an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, 16 August 2020, Minnie reminisced about her white wedding day which took place in August 2017. She stated, “About this time 3-years ago I married the father of my future children. I knew Quinton was the one as he embodied all my dad's best qualities. I had the biggest crush on him, I knew I wanted his babies lol.” The post included an image of herself and her father walking down the aisle to Mr Jones.
She went on to explain the weather elements that were similar to the windy Cape Town weather she is currently experiencing. Minnie revealed that as she walked down the aisle, a ray of sunshine had beamed down her on her, which subsequently led to a rainbow forming at the altar. “A ray of sunshine lit up my wedding like the perfect summer's day and a beautiful rainbow appeared and framed us at the altar. The symbol of God's promise, even in the darkest times He ALWAYS shows up for me.” She went on to thank God for her husband and for their miracle baby, as she celebrated the anniversary of her white wedding.
Mrs Jones last week announced on social media that she was expecting, with the first of what could be her many maternity shoot pictures. The star’s first maternity image is an ode to her African roots with Minnie dressed in a statement mermaid, boob-tube dress by popular wedding dress designer, Asanda Madyibi. This is the same designer that dressed her for her traditional wedding to Quinton Jones. Minnie revealed the big news on her husband's birthday, her caption was a sweet loved note penned out to her hubby. "Starting a family with you Mr Jones is a dream come true and I couldn't have chosen a better man to be the father of our child," wrote Minnie.
