According to a statement released by 702, Relebogile will be leaving at the end of April to pursue new opportunities she’s been working on.
The media personality joined the talk radio station back in 2012 where she began on overnight and went on to be on air between 04h00 – 06h00 weekdays with her show focused on social dynamics, current affairs and lifestyle issues.
Although she began as a freelancer, Thabisile Mbethe, 702 station manager has described Relebogile as someone who played a significant part in the 702 team and continued to evolve over the years.
Relebogile reflected fondly on her time with 702, “Five years ago I was a newbie in radio asking for a chance. Today, I can confidently say I have grown in leaps and bounds under great guidance and with the space to develop as a broadcaster. I take with me teachings and experiences unique to my first radio home.”
She says that it was an honour to have been a part of the Primedia Broadcasting family. “I connected with listeners across the globe and engaged in ways I never dreamed possible. It’s been an incredible journey that I will always cherish and one I am eternally grateful for.”
