In a tweet AKA said the project is complete and he just need a release date "The project is complete. Mixed. Mastered. Everything. All that I need now is our release date," he tweeted.

The rapper recently released a track list of the EP and it set tongues wagging as it featured a track possibly dedicated to his arch-rival Casser Nyovest. The award winning rapper recently released his album titled Any Minute Now and it did well proving that stakes are very high to those who will release next.

The 21-track album is a diverse, high-energy album with love songs, all testament to Cassper’s growth. The album boasts astounding features with the likes of U.S R&B crooner Anthony Hamilton, Kwaito legend Zola, Samthing Soweto, Langa Mavuso, Tellaman, Youngsta CPT, Busiswa, Nadia Nakai and his homeboys from Mahikeng; Khuli Chana, Tuks, Momolemi, Towdee Mac, DJ Lemonka and the late HHP .

This album is everything to me, I have worked with the best of artists, they each brought their magic to this album. Zola is an iconic artist, I looked up to him as a young boy growing up in the North West, little did I know I would share the same studio and make magic with him. The biggest prize is my family, I am going to be a father and that is a huge blessing. I look forward to it," said Cassper.

AKA and Cassper have been beefing for the longest time and Cassper recently told Somizi that he would never work with AKA, but he wants to knock him out.

"Nah that is never gonna happen, when it comes to AKA I know him, he was my friend me and him could never be buddies and if I cant gel with you from that level then I can't make music with you,  I see myself getting in the ring and knocking him out."

Now all eyes are set on AKA and A-Reece's projects. Nasty C also recently released his album and said he is not competing with other rappers.

"I'm not competing with these guys, we are not playing the same game I'm dropping an album to update my fans on what's going on In my life, but has nothing to do with anyone else."

We look forward to AKA's release date.
