Rapper AKA emerged victorious at the prestigious South African Music Awards (SAMAs) last night, proving to be a powerful voice in the entertainment industry. The rapper won the coveted Music Video OF The Year for his music video Jika featuring Yanga Chief.

The awards were hosted under the theme #ForThaCraft and male musicians dominated the night again. AKA was nominated along Lady Zamar, K.O and DJ Maphorisa and he won the award
Pastor Benjamin Dube was also honored with a Lifetime Achievement award. The rapper took to Twitter to thank his fans the Megacy for voting for him.
