Today, October 31st in 1998 South Africa lost a talented young man, Makhendlas, through a drama of gun shots. His brother, Arthur Mafokate remembers this passionate soul.
Makhendlas, meaning fun lover in township slang died at age 28 in 1998, his music will live on for generations to come.
Kwaito legend, Arthur Mafokate took to Instagram to remember his late brother by posting a photo collage of Makhendlas.
His hit single Iminwe will always be a favorite amongst lovers of original kwaito music.
