After going MIA for some time, away from social media, Sithelo Shozi has finally resumed her social media activity again. One of the people who shared a sweet message to her on social media was Bonang Matheba, who got praised for it.
Sithelo wished her followers a prosperous New Year and shared some images from her NYE party with her friends. "Living for the nights that I can’t remember with the people that I won’t forget," she wrote.
Instead of mocking her and bashing her for what was rather embarrassing, some, even Bonang shared some sweet words. "Happy New Year baby," she wrote with heart emojis. People flooded her comments section and said; "Hence you are my queen," "you have a good heart queen, I love you," "this country needs more BONANGs," "a woman that loves another woman is a blessing," "love to see it." Sithelo's IG On Twitter, Sithelo shared a very short quote which translates to, "it will still shine on the West."
After some backlash, Andile's mother, Shauwn Mkhize finally addressed the issues and said they have broken up and will be co-parenting.
"On the back of a every eventful weekend, I would just like to set the record straight on a few things, especially after some of the false narratives put out there., and everyone must remember I am FEMINIST!!!!!! and I will never hurt any woman but I will protect but it’s not my place to give details; I personally have no grudges or any untoward feelings against the mother of my grandkids. She’s given me 2 beautiful grandchildren which binds us forever and I will always consider her to be like a daughter to me.
"Nobody has been kicked out of any apartment nor have any kids been taken away from anybody. I remain committed to ensuring that my grandchildren grow up experiencing love from all sides and that they are well taken care of.
"As a mother it is my job to guide and support my sons decisions. And I would like it to known that I will never choose for him. I’ve lived my life and learnt my lessons! I will never take away the opportunity for him to live his own life and learn his lessons along the way.
"I accepted the mother of my grandchildren with all her flaws ,whilst the whole world was blaming me but because I fully understand that nobody is perfect. Out of respect for all parties involved I will not be going into the details of their private affairs. They have both moved on with their lives and will continue co-parenting for the sake of the children.
"As a mother this is one of the happiest times in my life to be able to officially welcome home a daughter in law and for the newly weds to start a new chapter in their lives. I do not want to ruin this moment for them. Thank you for all the support," she wrote.
