Television presenter Bonang Matheba is a globetrotter of note. Her international trips are always the talk of the town as she makes sure that everything is pure bliss.

The TV star has been craving for the borders to be re-open and international travels to be permitted, but now the excitement is palpable because her wishes are about to turn into a reality. This follows the president's address last night where he announced that the country will be moving to alert level 1.

In a televised Ramaphosa said "Following consultations with provincial and local government representatives, and drawing on the advice of scientists and engagements with various stakeholders, Cabinet decided this morning that the country should move to alert level 1.'

The move to alert level 1 will take effect from midnight on Sunday 20 September 2020. The president also said international travel will also soon be permitted "We will be allowing travel into and out of South Africa for business, leisure and other travel with effect from 1 October 2020.This is subject to various containment and mitigation measures,"he said.

  • The president travel may be restricted to and from certain countries that have high infection rates.   • Bonang recently gave her fans a glimpse into her international trips on her two part reality show "A Very Bonang Year", which aired on SABC1

    The series gave viewers a fascinating look into how it all comes together in her life from glam to events. The show featured some interesting footages we have never seen before of the star, which includes attendance at red carpet events, and interviews with the movers and shakers of the entertainment industry.

It’ll be very different from "Being Bonang" because even if viewers have followed my journey, the show goes beyond social media with a behind-the-scenes look into a new chapter in my business career and life. I am taking viewers into my confidence" said Bonang.

The TV star recently caused quiet a stir on social media when she traveled to Mpumalanga for a gateway trip with her cousin Pinky Girl. Bonang posted a snap donned in Rich Mnisi's popular tracksuit with a matching scarf and Louis Vuitton boots. Her look had many melting on social media.

We cannot wait to see her sizzling content when she travels abroad. The TV star once revealed that this year she had planned to move to the Big Apple, we do not know if that plan is still in motion.
