Cedric Fourie is tired of all the bitter people out there, and he's calling them out. This comes after the Skeem Saam actor's appearance at last week's Feather Awards, where he walked the red carpet with YouTube star Lasizwe Dambuza.
After images of the two surfaced, people assumed that the two were an item, and started sharing how they feel, and even saying that it was a "waste" to see Cedric being with another man.
The actor is truly not impressed with the comments and has taken to Twitter to slam the negativity.
His mentions were flooded with comments from people who commended his actions. Others also chimed in.
Homophobia is usually something we assume can only be directed towards men, by other men. What society fails to realise is that women, too, can dislike the idea of same-sex “relationships” and although it's usually verbal, their homophobic abuse is still apparent.
