There is no denying that this year has started with quite a bang for the Ferguson family and we love to see it. It was just the other day when Connie Ferguson penned a strong message to anyone or anything that is planning to steal her joy this year, and it is good to see that she is taking her happiness very seriously.
Just recently, Connie took to her Instagram to set the internet ablaze with her well toned bod that left our timelines on fire. Everybody knows that ausi Connie is always very conscious about how she treats her body, but this time, fans can’t have enough of how well she is taking care of herself.
Connie, who also runs a fitness page, had taken a break from her fitness journey especially after she lost her husband, Shona Ferguson early last year. The loss, of course disrupted how she carried out her daily routine but she just recently resumed working out, and we must say, this is most definitely the content we signed up for.

Taking to her comment section, you can already imagine how fans are beyond themselves just seeing her flaunt her abs and chiseled body. I mean Connie is absolute goals and there is no denying that many of her fans look up to her for many things including her healing and self love journey.
Just the other day however, Connie caused concern on Twitter after she posted a tweet that sent many on a rampage, wondering whether she may have contracted COVID 19. In her tweet, Connie revealed that she had been without her sense of taste for far too long.
Although Connie did not reveal that her illness is connected to COVID-19, many suspect she had it, and they took to the comments section to wish her a speedy recovery. One of her fans even commented on the tweet, "Your kids need you ausi. Fight, whatever it is,"
It is understandable why fans would go on panic mode especially because Uncle Sho actually succumbed to COVID. Fans and all of Mzansi have continued to rally behind her and her two daughters Lesedi and Alicia even as they try to figure out their life without him.
Connie has continued to document her grief and mourning process and we continue to wish her and her family all the healing and the strength that they need even as they figure out how to navigate this new normal.
