A few days ago Amapiano vocalist and DJ Lady Du spoke about her mentor who bought a Maserati cash and it is clear that she is also following in her footsteps.

Today the vocalist announced that she has bought her 5th car. Flaunting her new set of wheels, Lady Du said she doesn't like credit.
"I have never bought anything on credit in my life. I don’t know how it even works, Everything I own I saved for. those that know me know my friends are cars meet WAWA 5," she wrote.
Last week, Lady Du took to Instagram to remember her late friend Killer Kau.
She shared an old video of her and the late Amapiano star dancing with a caption that read: "I’m just laughing alone, hey at how you always gave me confidence. Lol, I miss you soo much @killerkau_rsa I guess it’s one of those days."
She also got a tattoo in his memory a few weeks ago. She has revealed that it has been hard for her to perform Umsebenzi Wethu since the tragic passing of her friends. On one occasion, Lady Du collapsed on stage.
"To the fans that saw me pass out last night, I apologize, I tried soooo hard to be strong, I tried to keep it together. I thought I’d be able to handle that last gig, But I broke down, I don’t know how I’ll ever perform msebenzi wethu. I’m taking some time off! Thank you,” she tweeted.
Killer Kau was involved in a fatal car accident together with four other people including Mpura, Thando Tot, and up-coming artist Khanya Hadebe in August this year.
The statement shared by his record label shared that they were on their way to a gig. The statement read: "On Monday the 9th of August 2021, the families of the deceased received a call from Marikana Police Station about a fatal accident that had taken place on Marikana road (N4 Northwest). It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of 3 members affiliated with the record label, SMEA, an inspiring record label from Soweto. The trio was traveling to a gig in Rustenburg with other artists in the car.
Involved in this fatality were hitmaker and Amapiano co-pioneer Killer Kau. Thando Tot was his DJ, TD who was SMEA's official road manager, Mpura Mpura Artist, The Voice (Mpura’s DJ), and 1 other female. We ask that you allow the families of the late youngsters to be given space to grieve their loss whilst we try to make funeral arrangements. More details pertaining to their funerals will be issued soon. We thank you all for the support."
