Messages of condolences are pouring in for musician King Monanda after he announced the passing of his grandmother today.

Monada said his grandmother taught him everything. Taking to Twitter to share the sad news, Monada tweeted a picture of his late grandmother with a caption that reads: “My grandmother taught me everything except how to live without her. May Your Soul Rest In Peace Folded hands🕊”

Fans and friends have since shared their condolences messages. Caroline Mampuru said she is also still dealing with the pain of losing a loved one.
“I feel u. Sorry for ur loss. Mom too, she never showed me how to live without her. I am still reeling....and that is six months.”

Kabelo responded: “condolences @KingMonada Rest in perfect peace koko…Even in this difficult situation, our faith in God remains unshaken.”
Another one of our favourate celebrities who are currently mourning the passing of their loved one is Zamani Mbatha and her sister Nomzamo Mbatha.

Taking to Instagram to open up about her loss, the internationally renowned actress said she does not want to hear any words of comfort right now. She said she has been reeling with grief since the day after her birthday.

She wrote: "I don’t want to hear 'it is the will of God...' because my question then is how dare that will not consider me. I also don’t want to hear 'you’re going to get through this...' because it’s simple, 'This' is not the thing I wish to 'get through...I have been reeling with grief since the day after my birthday...a full week living in a world where she does not exist in the physical...how can it be. 

“See this love of mine taught me the power in forgiving, in loving people with the utmost kindness, being a soft landing for anyone who needs it, and loving on the basis of it being unconditional. She made me feel safe in this world... This one hurts. Here’s to the woman who occupied the most tender part of my heart, who has loved me without limits since I was born, I will love and miss you for all my days. Everything hurts about losing you, everything... if I could kiss your face just one last time 💔"
Nomzamo’s little brother Zamani Mbatha also shared his grief on Instagram. He said God heals broken hearts.

“I could write a whole book on how much you mean to me, an endless one too. You loved me like your own from ngimncaaaane (when I was young), you have shown nothing but love and light, to us all, ngokfana futhi (the same way) Ngyazi syoxoxa kuze kube ungunaphakade mhla sbonana futhi (I know we will have a long conversation when we meet again)❤️Eb’hlungu uyoythoba uNkulunkulu (What is painful, God will make better) Siyobonana kwelizayo (See you in the afterlife) ❤️🕊In her words, SIYAKTHANDA YEZWA (we love you)"
