Over the recent months, Lasizwe has become one of those few media personalities who love to keep their love lives very private and rarely leave loose details for the prying and curious eyes.
But, fans always wonder who he is dating. Taking to Twitter on Monday 24 April, Lasizwe celebrated a month of sobriety, but a troll expressed interest in his sexual life.
“Maintaining sobriety in the midst of social gatherings can be difficult, especially when one's friends are not abstaining. However, this experience has taught me valuable lessons in self-awareness and self-control, particularly in managing anxiety. I am proud of the progress I have made and look forward to continuing on this path of personal growth," he shared.
Addressing the troll Lasizwe said he was not ready to divulge details about his intimate life.
“Your fascination with my s*x life is quite intriguing. Are you perhaps curious? If so, feel free to ask me anything. But remember, consent and respect are paramount in any safe space, and I’m not interested in sharing intimate details with someone who can’t respect my boundaries," Lasizwe wrote.
In 2022, Lasizwe and Mohale Motaung sparked dating rumours after they were spotted together at the Hollywood Durban July. This comes after they shared pictures of them together with the caption “Always and forever, my love.”
It was reported that the pair even met Somizi at the Afrotainmnet Marquee and things got really awkward. According to The Sowetan Mag, you "could cut the tension with a knife."
In an interview with the publication, Lasizwe rubbished the rumors and said he was not in a relationship with Mohale. In addition, he mentioned what it was like meeting Somizi on the dancefloor.
“It wasn’t awkward seeing Somizi. We are industry mates and we are bound to bump into each other at some point. Also, life needs to go on... just because you’re someone’s ex you have to now stop going to certain places? I don’t see Mohale as Somizi’s ex, I see him as Mohale. Last night we enjoyed our time dancing on the dance floor. Yes, we saw Somizi but life goes on,” he told the publication.
But he kept on giving Mzansi big hints that they were an item Lasizwe dropped a big hint in an interview on KayaFM that he and Mohale were an item.
“The moment you actually listen to this guy and listen to this story and you hear how he is not just anyone but someone who just wants to be loved, cared about and has dreams and ambitions,” he told Dineo Ranaka.
He revealed that this particular person had a big wedding in the public eye and he was currently embroiled in a nasty divorce.

“I always say that life is a road trip and the people that are in your car chose to be in your car. There’ll be bumps but if we decide to stop at a garage and you say that you don’t want to continue in this car, I’m for that.
