Over the few years, Valentine’s Day in South Africa has been dubbed Lerato Kganyago Day. Two years ago, her husband broke the internet after hiring out the whole FNB Stadium to surprise the love of his life.
The following day Thami Ndlala gifted her with a Mercedes Benz and a luxury boutique hotel.
This year fans were disappointed after she revealed she does not have time for Valentine's Day as she is busy.
Lerato responded to a Twitter user who said Valentine's Day is around the corner. She responded “It should remain in that corner. Re busy ra bereka,” she replied a tweep.
The fan responded: "I see what you're doing, you're checking how humongous is the pressure for this year, it's on girl, we're looking forward to see this year's standard, wena you're the queen of valentine.
"I’m being very honest, please don’t expect anything over here. Carry on with your lives lol," she tweeted.
A year ago the radio host took to Instagram to share how her husband surprised her with a hotel and a restaurant called Amour (French word for Lerato).
“Some of you might have seen what it looked like before, a few months ago when I posted it on my Insta' stories. I can’t wait for you to see the final product. He said: 'Stop stressing Hold my Taelo umfazi wam (my wife), let me show you something.”
Kganyago might have not said anything about Vday but she has been doing the most.
LKG has been out of the country over the last two weeks. Her first stop was the United States of America.
Now it seems LKG is in Dubai still celebrating Valentine’s Day.
Upon their arrival in the middle east, Lerato Kganyago teased her Valentine’s Day surprise by sharing an Instagram story that showed a trail of roses and she then tagged US R&B legend, Kenny Latimore, thanking him for her special Valentine’s Day.
