Ranaka welcomed her bundle of joy on the 15th of December 2020 and shared the exciting news through social media. She posted a picture of her baby’s cute little hand.

The reality television star kept her pregnancy private for most of 2020. Confirming the news to the South African newspaper Daily Sun, she revealed that she and her partner had a baby on the way.

"It’s the same feeling I felt when I had my two daughters, so this experience is nothing new. People have been saying they hope I’m carrying a boy, but we’ll see. I look forward to giving birth to a child. I don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl, as long as it’s not an animal,” she added.

“Boys and girls are equally important and have different functions in society. “I don’t believe that boys are necessarily better. According to society and cultural norms, they’re carriers of legacies. Girls also bring kids into this world,” she added.

Earlier in the year, Manaka was accused by Twitter of stealing her man from a friend of hers. At the time, this shook the masses. One Twitter user discovered a dated Instagram post from her baby daddy Ntuthuko Mdlethse's inactive Instagram account where is with his ex-girlfriend.

In the comment section of the picture that was posted in 2017, she commented and said "my favourite couple," leaving tweeps to conclude that they were friends at the time. In 2021, the man who was supposedly in a serious relationship with Manaka’s friend is now her baby daddy.

After the old post went viral, she deleted her comment and replaced it with a new one which read, "Bafikile ondabeni bathi I'm a home wrecker (gossipmongers have arrived they are saying I am a home wrecker), Ai let me go breastfeed." Manaka further added and said, "It's the #letsrewind for me," throwing shade at the naysayers.
