Nasty C receives YouTube Silver Play Button

From rubbing shoulders and collaborating with elites in the musical industry locally and internationally, to being amongst the most listened to South African artists on various music platforms, Nasty C never ceases to amaze us. We couldn’t be prouder.

Following his Best Male artist in Southern Africa win at the AFRIMMAs (All Africa Music Awards), the rapper is celebrating yet another milestone after being awarded a YouTube Play Button, making him the first rapper in South Africa to be awarded the plaque.

The Silver Play Button is awarded to YouTubers who reach 100K subscribers, and Nasty C’s channel has more than 100 000 subscribers with millions of streams.

At just 21 years old, the rapper has become a force to be reckoned with. DJ Arch Jnr, who’s set to appear on a spinoff of America’s Got Talent next year, could relate to his post as he responded to Nasty C’s announcement congratulating him and welcoming him to the Silver Play Button family.
