A number of Mzansi are carving out remarkable careers abroad, and they are proving that the cake is enough for everyone there. From bagging the most prominent acting and presenting gigs to music, these SA stars are definitely living their best lives and they are goals!

Here is a list of SA celebs who relocated abroad and are an inspiration to many.

1. Nomzamo Mbatha

The larger-than-life star recently bagged a hit role on America's star-studded "Coming 2 America" sequel. Nomzamo had to make a drastic decision to leave her projects in Mzansi including her role on Isibaya, to star in the renowned comedy show.

Nomzamo is one of Mzansi's famous celebs who has always had a dream to make it big international and she is living her dream now.

2 Trevor Noah.

The multi-award winning comedian is a trailblazer of note. Trevor bagged an international gig on The Daily Show, and he has managed to build a successful career abroad.

Trevor has won several international awards and he recently bought himself a R278 million crib, proving that his career is soaring abroad.

3. Sade Giliberti.

The SA entertainer is hard at work in the United Kingdom. Sade moved to the country several years ago, and she has been busy with her presenting gigs.


4. Thuso Mbedu.

The starlet is one of Mzansi's young stars, who continues to make international waves. The actress bagged a role in Amazon’s new series The Underground Railroad. Taking to social media to make the announcement in 2019 Thuso Wrote

“My thumb and neurons are failing me right now so I'll just do as most South Africans do when this happens: I GOT THE JOB!!!! It was such an amazing process and experience.
