Outrage Following Dr Nandipha Magudumana Appearing In Court Via Zoom

Mixed emotions following Dr Nandipha Magudumana appearing at the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court via zoom. The public at large feel as though there is more than meets the eye, since her lawyers postponed last week's bail application.

Mzansi's justice and law system is under scrutiny following Dr Nandipha Magudumana's virtual court appearance. Not much was concluded today either as her short appearance was again remanded for a later date.

Dr Nandipha's boyfriend, Facebook rapist and murderer Thabo Bester also appeared via zoom which has angered scores of people.

Following last week decision after Dr Nandipha's lawyers told the court that they were not going ahead with her bail application. The court also heard that about the new piece of information that still needed to be reviewed as it was said to come handy in Dr Nandipha's bail application.

Subsequently, following the virtual court appearances today, the justice and law system has been called flawed while both Dr Nandipha and Bester have been dubbed as the chosen ones. At the same time a number of conspiracy theories have risen as a result of the bail application postponements.

"The Trick... At the moment there's too much hype and public interest on the case. Delay the process to allow everything to 'cool down ' and when the dust settles, it will be easier to get bail n possibly a shorter sentence. This is SA a lot happens everyday,ppl forget quickly.

The court remanded Dr Nandipha's bail application for the 20th June, 2023.
