So the last leg of the S.A Idols auditions ended this past Saturday in Pretoria. If you’re kicking yourself for missing out on the auditions, there’s honestly nothing we can do to make you feel better about the lost opportunity you’ve let slip through your hands.
What you could do is just prepare yourself for the laughter, the tears and cringing moments as wooden mic potentials and authentic song bird’s step up to the Idols pedestal and either convince us to vote for them or convince us to send them packing like a guy who’s fed up with his vat n sit.
We can’t help but wonder who will make Unathi burst out in tears not because of sadness but because of pure comedic joy, we’re even wondering who’s even funny enough to crack a smile when it comes to Randall.
Season 9 of the competition was by far our favourite season; can the S.A Idols team top last year’s high ranking performance? Will we see Proverb melt away in front of our eyes yet again as he attains the unachievable goal of wearing a male size zero. Do men even aspire to be that size?
