The 33-year-old nurse & musician broke the internet and she has managed to turn her 15 minutes of fame into a career in the entertainment industry.

Skolopad made news when she gifted her daughter with a brand new car for having made it through her grade 12. Speaking to TimesLIVE, Skolopad said;
“Its been such a tough year for us but for my daughter particularly. She did well at school despite everything and that is why I felt she deserved something. Losing her dad and almost losing me, among other things.”
Skolopad disclosed that she actually wanted to be in a polygamous marriage. Speaking to TshisaLIVE, she revealed that she only wanted to date married men.

In 2017, Dr Malinga uploaded a video of Skolopad singing and she got a lot of raving reviews from Dr Malinga’s fans.
After Cassper lost out on a BET Award, Skolopad tried to push her new single by dedicating a song to him. Take a look at the video below.
At one point, Skolopad said she was ready to take her career to the next level and she felt to was ready to work with some of the industry’s greatest rappers. Skolopad said that she wanted to collaborate with AKA.
Singer Skolopad revealed she had cameos lined up for 2 major soapies, Isidingo and The Queen.
Skolopad said she was quite excited to be venturing into new territory and learning new skills like acting.
“When I perform as a brand, people will not tell me during a performance that what I was doing was not the fight thing,” she said.
“With acting, directors stop you immediately and you have to act again. There is more perfection in acting than when I perform on my own.”
Skolopad previously made an appearance on Generations: The Legacy as an extra.
Skolopad Cancer Battle
She opened up about her battle with cancer, and she said that she was diagnosed in 2015. Skolopad was given the option to either undergo chemotherapy or have a hysterectomy,
“It was really really difficult. I cried and I was very upset, but I had to accept it because I know what it was like. It really upset me.” she said.
Skolopad Suicide Attempt
She took to Instagram to post an image of herself in scrubs along with the caption “she couldn’t resist seeing me in theater ,then immediately tell me go out and shout “I don’t want you in my ward and I hate you””
Many believed that Skolopad had probably tried to commit suicide, but she had a different story. She confirmed that she was receiving counselling and stressed the fact that this was not a suicide attempt.
She went on to reveal that she has been battling feelings of hopelessness and despair for a while now and that the fight pushed her over the edge.

Skolopad Controversy
Lerato Kganyago then went on to question Skolopad’s confusion to her blocking her saying:
Even Skolopad’s daughter was shocked at how Zodwa treated them. Zodwa did not want to the picture because she feared posing for a picture with Skolopad will ruin her reputation.
Her eye-catching outfits aren’t reserved solely for the red carpet however as Skolopad can often be found turning heads even on a regular day. During an official Q&A session with the Feather Awards organisers, Skolopad rocked up in an outfit whose theme was “construction,” complete with “potholes” in her jeans.
With her love of being in the entertainment industry, Skolopad is ready to take her career in music to the next level.
