The Essence Festival has just brought in some heavy competition and we’re not talking about Steve Harvey.
Yet again, South Africans continue to be blessed with another batch of international artists set to land on our shores in the near future.
Essence Festival organizers have confirmed that comedian and talk show host, Steve Harvey will indeed be in the country to attend the event alongside artists such as the likes of Estelle, Kelly Price and Gospel singer Yolanda Adams.
Seems like Yolanda really loves South Africa as she was in the country last year.
But wait, it gets even more interesting, internet sensation, Irvin Randle, who is famously known as ‘Grandpa Bae’ or #MrStealYourGrandma will also be in the country.
Gentlemen, hide your wives, grandma’s and girlfriends ’cause ‘Grandpa Bae’ is a real threat!.
The festival will also be attended by our very own greats such as the likes of Black Coffee, Thandiswa Mazwai and more.
The Essence Festival will take place in Durban at the Moses Mabhida Stadium from 8-13 November 2016.
