The Housekeepers star is celebrating her mother's birthday today. On her lengthy heartwarming Instagram post, she thanked her mother for being her life's coach and for teaching her to be strong.
Thando wrote: "To the best mom on the entire universe… Thank you for coaching me through this life thing, thank you for teaching me to stand strong, thank you for teaching me to be kind, but firm. Only God knows your tribulations, and to stand as elegantly as you do through it all has been a marvel to watch."
She added that she hopes she becomes a good mother like her own mother.
"You taught me that there is no mountain too high and not a thing can tear me down. Thank you for allowing me to be me and supporting me through things that you may not have understood at the time. I hope to be as good as you’ve been at this mom thing! I love you forever @__bongi Happy birthday," concluded Thando.
Earlier this week Thando celebrated her 31st birthday with her boyfriend actor Lunga Shabalala in the Western Cape. The pair shared cute snaps and videos of themselves having the best time of their lives celebrating Thando's birthday.
Another huge celebration Thando had this month was the opening of her very first physical store.
"And days before my 31st bday I got myself a @thabootys store…now open! Please come visit us at Dainfern Square, shop no.46A," she wrote celebrating her achievement.
Thando also proved that education is important. She said all of her business success comes from a decision she made to study further.

He shared a video of himself visiting Thabooty's store and as per usual Somgaga made his jokes. In the video, Somizi tells Thando's employees that he is a job seeker. He said he is super proud of Thando.
