Taking to her Instagram, Thembi posted cute snaps of the birthday setting being inspired by cartoon character, Barney and friends theme.
It was exactly around this time last year when Thembi welcomed baby Dakalo, together with her rumoured partner, Collins Mushwana.
The former Boom Shaka member, wrote the following on her Instagram:
”I can’t believe it’s been a year already. Oh, time flies. God is truly amazing. Happy 1st birthday to my Joy, my perfect, beautiful Gift of life Dakalo.
Mommy & Daddy loves you very much my Punchu Punchu 😊❤.”
Forever the private couple, there were no photographs of little Dakalo, however Thembi did post pictures of the setting – which actually gave us a feel and vibe of this special day.

Much like Thembi, Samkelo’s daughter also turned a year old this year. And her birthday set up was all things cute. Taking to Instagram, Samkelo posted the following:
”My little princess is 1 😫 time flies by so fast❤️ I’m so full of gratitude and love. I never thought I could love someone this much. 👑💕.”
Judging by Thembi’s heartfelt words on Instagram, it is quite evident just how grateful she is of her little boy.
