When Mfundi Vundla officially confirmed the exit of actress – Thuli Phongolo on Generations, it came as a shock to many, especially her avid followers.
Earlier in the month of March, Thuli opened up about her leaving Generations and that although the decision was a tough call to make, she believed it was her time to go.
“I believe I have served my time on the show and it’s now time to move on. Nothing bad is going on between me and the production company because I wasn’t even limited as an actress.”
Today marks her last day on set with fellow cast members who shared pictures of their last day working with the actress.
Her on-screen mom – Manaka Ranaka wrote her a sweet message on her farewell from Generations.
“Oh what a journey my sweet @thuliphongolo. I enjoyed every single moment with you in it. I wish you all the best my darling. Now go kick some ass.. I know you gon do good.” Said Manaka.
Shame, Thuli even became a bit emotional on her last day at work.
