Multi-ward-winning Gospel star, Dr. Winnie Mashaba has expanded her brand outside of music and she's starting to reap the rewards. After launching Winnie Mashaba’s Insurance Services in September 2020. She's already thriving in the super-competitive business.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, 1 October 2020, Winnie announced that her new business has already closed over 200 policies within one month, which is practically impossible for any new insurance agency.
She stated, “Never doubt and never question God! Submit and trust his process and timing! This day has been one of those days where you look back at it and say, but God you have shown me with clear evidence that I'm your child and that you knew my name before I was in my mother's womb! Today I want to thank the God Almighty and thank each and every soul that has deemed me to be worthy, I may not be perfect but each day I wake up and I try again!”.
Many of her fans and clients shared their praises for the entrepreneur, with a number of people coming forth to state that her new business has saved from financial turmoil. Mike Tshelang Rakgalakane commented with, “Great services from the staff, thanks and all the best in great GREAT GROWTH.”
The singer announced her new business venture on Thursday, 10 September 2020, and surprised fans with her sudden career trajectory. Known as a highly successful gospel singer, fans questioned why she had made the jump into corporate finance.
Apart from her insurance service and music career, Winnie Mashaba has plans to start a non-profit organization (NGO) in Limpopo. Winnie's intentions for the organization will focus on grooming young people and making sure that their dreams become a reality. The NGO will offer music, drama and dance classes, and other activities that will have a huge impact on the youth of Limpopo.
