Zizo has been opening up on social media about social issues such as police brutality in the States and Mzansi which was sparked by the murders of Collins Khoza and George Floyd.
The radio presenter has also had to be a strong mama recently when her son had a dental procedure and had to undergo a COVID-19 test as a precautionary measure. Zizo shared how the experience had her feeling a deep appreciation for her son’s fighting spirit.
In the June issue, Zizo talks about her upbringing, motherhood and dealing with her assault.
She tells the publication, “I’m not scared to live my life anymore. It doesn’t have to look perfect to anyone, I’m not concerned with that.”
Taking to Instagram, Zizo shared the cover and expressed how she spoke from her heart in the article and grateful she is.
