Multi-award-winning Singer Zonke Dikana has proved that not even the sky is the limit. The Tonight hitmaker is now officially a pilot. She shared a video of herself on Instagram flying a helicopter.

Even though she did not say whether or not she is officially switching careers, the star acknowledged that change is possible.

“Change is inevitable,” she captioned the video.

Industry friends and fans took to the comments section to congratulate her. @sichazaphupho responded: “Thatha my queen,famba moyeni no wonder u quite ds days”
Sbuwise: “I’m proud of you and may you achieve whatever you’re aiming for”
Zonke has achieved so much since her rise to fame back in 2011. She has released about five albums and has multiple awards under her belt.

She has been awarded Channel O Africa Music Video Awards(Most Gifted Female Video Of The Year, 2013) Metro FM Music Awards (Best Female Album, 2013)

She has won multiple South African Music Awards (SAMAs) including Record Of The Year (2008), Best African Adult Album and Best Live DVD (2014), and also Female Artist of the Year (2016)

Speaking of SAMAs, the nominees for this year’s awards have been announced and SA artists have taken to their social media platforms to react to the nominations.

Here is what they had to say.
Makhadzi was disappointed that she did not score a nomination: “I did submitted samas nomination forms but unfortunately maybe I didn’t meet their requirements”
Reason also did not score a nod this year, however, he congratulated Boity for her nomination.

PH who also produced Boity’s album said he is happy to still be at the top in 2021 after he produced his first hip hop album to scoop an award at the SAMAs a decade ago.

Cassper Nyovest showed his support to Makhadzi, he tweeted: “@MakhadziSA don't worry. They don't mean anything anymore. Keep your head up and keep making history. We love you.”
