Whilst the country is currently under lockdown, many people take this time to reflect on certain aspects of their lives.

Many people who are battling with their demons take this time to deal with those troubles and spread some light to others.

Zizo Tshwete took to Instagram to give some unsolicited advice to her followers, telling them to use their instincts when faced with certain situations.

The media personality believes in learning from your mistakes to allow growth to take place.

"There are certain things that are not in our control, but the one thing I've found helpful is looking at what has passed, assessing what I could've done and wanted to do differently and basically using that as a lesson for my path going forward," she said.

The radio presenter then reflected on her past experiences and let fans in on how she detects negativity in her life.

"One thing I have found helpful is looking at what has passed, assessing what I could've done and wanted to do differently and basically using that as a lesson for my path going forward."

She continued by saying; "If you have an instinct or if something doesn't sit well with you or it's like when your body feels some type of way, that means there's a trigger happening...The best way I have learnt to process that is to tell my body to own up to the trauma."

She then concluded by saying that in order to grow and be better, that will take some difficult conversations with people around you and mainly with oneself.
