Enhle Maphumulo recently broke the hearts of many animal lovers when she shared a sweet yet heartbreaking post about losing her dog, Coco in 2018. The actress wrote a lengthy post about the kind of relationship she had with her late dog using the hashtag SoulBinge:
"This is my Coco. When I met her 9 years ago she was an awkward distant dog. Weird ...very. But I fell in love with her . We build a great relationship , to a point where she knew I was pregnant and would sit on my lap or put her head on my belly and fall asleep. Then she fell very ill and I had to put her down. This was her last day alive and I gave her all her favorite foods, at this point she started to cry. She knew, I knew she knew . It was so painful for me as she nose kissed me before she took her last breath. I connect more to animals than most humans so this for me was .....💔. I learnt and understood for the first time what being okay with alpha and omega meant, also what truly letting go of what you love means. Even my mom felt it, and she’s the woman who’ll say “ it’s just a dog” 😂😂 . Animals are therapeutic they love unconditionally learnt that from my coco. To coco 2009-2018." This is not the first time the media personality has let us into her personal life with #Soulbinge. A week ago, the actress honoured her grandmother by throwing her a party:
