Following the reports confirming Khanya Mkangisa’s romantic relationship with, Yanga Ntshakaza based on them being spotted together on several occasions, the media personality has slammed the claims by saying that she and the rapper are simply just friends.
In a recent interview on Trending SA, Khuli Roberts questioned Mkangisa about the reports, to which she responded by saying:
“I mean that’s not…I mean you guys even had a picture…I mean…who is that? That can never be a real thing, but I know him hey, we’re not very good friends, we’re cool, we’re friends, I interview a lot of people cause I’m on a lifestyle show, honey tomorrow could be someone else…but he’s peoples…honey, I’m just like, he can have his own interview, he’s a rapper is he not?”
Mkangisa went on to add that she is a single woman and was not pressed to be in a relationship as her mother’s independence taught her that she can do anything without a man.
“Till this day, my mom’s independence is like the utmost. Maybe that’s why I’m still single, I’m just like: “I can do this on my own, and I’ve watched my mom live that, there’s nothing you can’t do on your own, even when you’re struggling, depend, rely on no man honey, you can get it done…”
Speaking on her ideal man, the media personality said that her perspective of her perfect man had changed over the years.
“I’m very picky, but I’m not so picky, when I was young, I used to be all about aesthetics honey, how you looking in my selfie, but now I’m just like, I appreciate people for different qualities, it’s just like chilled vibes…”
