K.O showcased his skhanda sound in the USA recently, and it looks like Americans are impressed with our local boy.

The Caracara hit maker performed at the South by Southwest (SXSW) 2016 conference and music festival in Austin, Texas, at the weekend, and by the looks of things, the rapper gained some new fans.

“Mission accomplished! Planted the flag🇿🇦 all the way in US! Not bad for a kid from Piet Retief, MP. God is the greatest!” he captioned an Instagram picture of his performance.

K.O also caused a stir on the streets of Austin, with some people stopping to find out who the star was and what he was up to.

The trip was not just about having fun. A few days before his main show, Mr Cashtime held an exclusive performance which was attended by some important people in the music industry.

“Pleasure interacting with some key players in the music space from all over the globe - and we were the only black guys in the room.”

Check out some of the pictures from his trip to Texas.
