Minnie Dlamini has been doing this entertainment thing for a long time and her latest throwback picture proves this. The media personality was thrust into superstardom when she bagged a role as a presenter on Live alongside Bonang Matheba but before that, she was a pageant girl.
Taking to Instagram, Minnie shared a throwback picture of her Little Miss South Africa pageant programme when she was the titleholder in 2002.
"Talk about a throwback. This was the program for Little Miss South Africa 2003. I was handing over my crown to my successor. I had the most incredible year being on TV for the first time, traveling out of the country to the US for the first time. Meeting uTata Nelson Mandela 🙏🏾 This was the time I figured who I wanted to be. That 1212-year-old girl was fearless!!! And I try every day to make her proud!!! 💎 #PageantGirl,"she wrote. A couple of days ago, Minnie revealed that she wants to spend more time behind the camera during an interview on The Drive on Metro FM she said; “I’ve still got an appetite for television, sort of being on camera, but I do think in the next couple of years, I’ll be moving very far away from on-camera and really dedicating most of my time to production.”
