Generations: The Legacy welcomed Rapulana Seiphemo back on set on Wednesday.
The actor returned to shoot scenes for his character Tau Mogale following a two-month recovery from a crash that left three people dead.
Rapulana was allegedly hijacked on the N14 near Diepsloot in February. He lost control of his car and crashed into another vehicle.
Rapulana took to Twitter on Wednesday to talk about the “traumatic incident”.
“It was something that could have destroyed me, but I drew hope and inspiration from all of you,” he said in a series of tweets.
Rapulana thanked his family, friends, and fans for their support.
“I am well on the road to recovery; a recovery that would not have been possible without the thoughts and prayers of so many of you: my supporters, family and friends. I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”
Generations officials released a statement on Wednesday confirming Rapulana’s return.
“Our much loved Tau Mogale is back and we are very excited to have him back.
