In the video, Thomas is seen placing one of his hands close to his private parts while doing a link on his sports show as he tries to hide his rather excited little man.

Shame, we can imagine how uncomfortable he was feeling at this point, but here's our question; couldn't the cameraman focus on his upper body only? Surely he could tell that Thomas was having a bit of an awkward moment.
