It’s been three months since Sbahle Mpisane’s horrific car accident. The Fitness Bunnie was in a car crash in Durban back in August this year. 

Speaking to Isolezwe, her father, Sbu Mpisane, said her daughter is recovering under doctors’ supervision. “If someone suffers fractures like that, it takes three to six months to recover.” 

The businessman told the publication that Sbahle’s recovery is going through different stages. “The first stage was to save her life and to heal her wounds, because she had severe injuries.” 

Since the accident, the family has only shared one video of Sbahle in hospital. In the clip, which was posted by her brother on social media, Sbahle told thanked friends and family members for supporting her, and also wished her parents a happy anniversary.

The support she’s ben receiving from fans and celebrities has been great. One person who’s stood by her is her boyfriend Itumeleng Khune. The Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana football star has shared quite a few messages to her queen on his social media pages.
