It has been one interesting year for the award-winning rapper; he has had some great highs and terrible lows, like many of us of course. However, the only difference with him is that most of these moments were documented.
Let's have a look at some highs and lows of 2018...
The Positives
Let's have a look at some highs and lows of 2018...
The Positives
Say what you will about Emtee as a rapper, but when it comes to this fatherhood thing, he is undoubtedly one of the most present rap-dads we know.
This year proved to be extra special for him as he welcomed the birth of his second son, Logan. Out of all the things life has thrown at him, Emtee is most certainly grateful for his children.
Not only does he have the love and support of his two boys, but also his long-term girlfriend now fiancée Nicole Chinsamy. Emtee proposed to his lady this month.
The good son
Emtee and his brother also presented their dad with an early Father's Day gift, a Ford Ranger.
DIY 2 Drops
This year, Emtee dropped his third album, DIY 2, which has received a lot of positive reactions from his fan base. The rapper even featured his sons on the art cover, proving once again that he is all about his family and music, all the other drama can miss him.
The Negatives
However, as much as he's not about the drama, the negativity always seems to follow the young rapper. Remember when he zoned out during a live performance in Durban in July? However, he cleared the air about the fall and explained that he was tired but not intoxicated when he fell.
That two-cup lifestyle is also something that has brought a lot of negativity and concern when it comes to his health.
Media personalities such as Lerato Kganyago, have raised their concerns about him sipping too much of that purple Sprite.
Emtee did admit that the drink has caused his teeth to decay and he plans on getting new teeth to solve his problem. People would like for him to stop drinking the dirty Sprite, however, the father of two is not planning on putting down his double white cup any time soon.
So, how was your 2018?
