Wonder Ndlovu celebrates his marriage
The actor, recognised by Netflix viewers for playing Menzi Gomora in The Polygamist, exchanged wedding vows with Bokaba at New Hope International Ministries. The ceremony brought together family members, close friends and several of the couple’s colleagues from the entertainment world.
As he settled into married life, Ndlovu shared his happiness with fans while reflecting on his relationship and his faith. “Only God could have made this possible,” he wrote.
He explained that the pair had spent eight years together, including a two-year engagement, before finally becoming husband and wife. Ndlovu also celebrated the two children they share: a five-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter, whom he described as the greatest blessings they could have received.

Ndlovu and Bokaba became engaged in October 2024 and announced their wedding jointly across social media.
In an emotional message to his bride, the actor looked back at the unlikely beginning of their romance and the path that led them to marriage.
He recalled telling Bokaba during their first week of knowing each other that he would one day marry her. At the time, she was not even his girlfriend and believed he was being unreasonable. Yet Ndlovu said he immediately felt that she was the person meant for him — a belief he feels was confirmed eight years later.
The KwaZulu-Natal-born performer, who grew up in KwaDabeka, also emphasised the role of Christianity in their relationship. He acknowledged that their love story has not been flawless, but said their faith remains perfect and that they intend to keep God at the heart of their home and marriage.
Ndlovu said the couple had faced difficult seasons but continued to choose one another. Their shared commitments, he wrote, include praying, learning, celebrating, grieving and experiencing life side by side.
He ended the tribute by reaffirming that he wanted to spend his life with Bokaba, adding that he would choose her in every lifetime and raising a toast to their future together.
From KwaDabeka to South African screens
Ndlovu has spent the last five years establishing himself as a familiar face on South African television. His credits include Scandal!, Gomora, Shaka iLembe and Netflix’s Go!, followed by his role as Menzi Gomora in The Polygamist.
In a separate affectionate post, Ndlovu again confirmed that he and Bokaba had shared eight years together and thanked God for giving him the woman he considers the love of his life.
