What About #CollinsKhosa?

Is Boity’s Black Live Matter Endorsement For African-Americans Only?

Boity Thulo has been called out by tweeps for not highlighting the allegedly unjust passing of black South African, Collins Khosa at the hands of South African National Defense Force.

But for the better part of this week the reality star has been vocal in bringing awareness over the tragic passing of African-American, George Floyd, allegedly over racially charged police brutality.

Her latest retweet was the entertainer sharing the autopsy results of George Floyd’s passing with a caption suggesting that the results were cooked up to cover the now alleged police brutality he faced. Boity's caption read, “Yah, no. America is the bottom of the bottom!”

But what concerned tweeps was her silence about the suspicious passing of Collins Khosa.

And it is not just Boity’s silence that concerns tweeps, but that of many South African artists that have been vocal about the #BlackLivesMatter movement, yet failing to share any tweet of awareness about our own experiences with similar matters.

The rapper has yet to respond on the backlash on her social media, and that is if she ever will. The day is still young and Boity can surprise us all!
