AKA has topped the Twitter trends once again, this time for supposedly faking a cough caused by COVID-19. The rapper took to social media to share his symptom timeline, adding a visual aid to support his tweet. The video showed Kiernan struggling to breathe as he coughed continuously for thirteen seconds. He captioned the post with, “This is me a few days ago.”

Instead of offering him their sympathies, Tweeps savagely attacked him for allegedly faking the cough. Others simply stated that they didn’t care about his symptoms, to which he responded with, “Y’all are obsessed with tweeting you don’t care but hardly tweet about what you care about.”
Thereafter, he shared a video, which showed him dancing around in his living room, as he claimed to be feeling much better.
