Entrepreneur and award-winning DJ Ntombezinhle Jiyane affectionately known as DJ Zinhle has issued a statement following a bad review she received of one of her Hair Majesty wigs.

It is without that DJ Zinhle wears many hats as she recently ventured into the hair industry by launching her own Peruvian Lace Wig range named Hair Majesty, and as an entrepreneur she take her customers concerns seriously. The DJ thrives to excel in every business venture and it's beautiful to see her taking notes of mistakes and tackling them swiftly.
Taking to her social media account via a statement, the businesswoman said the "instinctive purpose of her business has always been to lead and serve with excellence in the ethnic beauty space."
Zinhle has accepted the bad review and said she is taking it seriously.
"In keeping to our promise of sustained quality, we accept and deeply that a recent customer on our particular product did not reflect this. As an emerging business with a promising growth trajectory. we understand, at the core that our biggest value proposition is and will continue to be our customers," read part of the statement.
The statement continued "This incident highlighted an important opportunity for us to understand our clients better and in preserving our operational conscience and promise to you, we have enhanced our feedback on our website, to encourage proactive customer feedback with our clients relations team."
Zinhle further vowed to start initiating stricter internal quality control and review procedures to ramp up the integrity of their supply chain management practices and customer service.

When she finally received it was bad quality and she apparently forked out R3,170 for the 16 inch wig.
Zinhle received major backlash on social media. It was response that irked social media users who dragged her for filth. The DJ left a bitter taste in social media users mouths who accused her or being arrogant and rude.
