A customer by the name of Thulisile Lushaba took to Tikok to share her experience with purchasing Hair Majesty products and it was not a good one. From the time her order was placed to the actual product, everything was of bad service and quality.
Thulisile said she did not receive her order during the promised period which is 1 to 3 business days. After a constant back and forth with the Hair Majesty team, her order got shipped but to a different location. She said they sent it to Nothern Cape whereas she is in Gauteng.
When her order finally came, she said it was of bad quality. The customised wig was nothing close to what was advertised and was not up to standard. For a R3000 wig, the hair was not the density which was advertised and was not a 16 inch wig.

DJ Zinhle however, responded by giving a cheeky reaction to the bad review but did say she is in contact with the woman. "This must be the first time in history that a business receives a bad review… Just so you know, I have contacted the customer and we are dealing with it. Further than that I can't help you guys."

just so you know, I have contacted the customer and we are dealing with it. Further than that I cant help you guys.
DJ Zinhle also tells journalists and media houses to not contact her private number but should rather email her office. This comes after the Hair Majesty bad review she received.
To all journalists & publications who are now in possession of my private number, please delete it and never ever call me. If you need anything, please email my office. I refused to be harassed & abused my you guys on a Sunday or any other day.

Fans however put Zinhle in her place and told her to humble herself and not respond with emotions.
I've never seen DJ Zinhle wearing a local brand or supporting any local brand, and please don't mention Drip because she get paid, she only wears her replica of Gucci/LV/Dior that she calls her brand, and yes she is so rude that woman and has a mean energy girl.

The way you guys are so arrogant and never listen to customers the same people that bring business is so sad 😞 This is the very same reason why people don’t support black excellence…just try to be humble, we use our hard earned money &expect quality

DJ Zinhle must hire someone to handle the business social media account ,she is emotionally invested in the business.

Hai Zinhle, sit down and humble yourself! The least you could have done was apologize, give the customer the quality she deserved and moved on... This arrogance is disgusting for black excellence I must say. NB: QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
