The rapper released a station in which he denied the allegations. This follows after The Citizen reported over the weekend that Jub Jub was accused of hurling insults at Mokoena and even insulting her mother's private parts.
The two apparently had a heated exchange on WhatsApp ahead of the Moses Kotane Arts Festival. Jub Jub and Mokoena were reportedly working together on the lineup of the festival when things turned sour.
According to reports the event had to be canceled due to the drama brewing behind the scenes. In a statement, Jub Jub debunked the accusations and labeled them "untrue."
“It has been brought to my attention that there are certain allegations leveled against me by an individual I believed to be my business partner with regards to the Moses Kotane Arts festival,” said the controversial musician in a statement.
“I’m not prepared to say much, except that the allegations are not true. When I started the project my vision was to uplift the arts and mend broken dreams in the community of Moses Kotane, where a lot of young people have lost hope. I thought that collaborating with certain individuals would make the vision tangible, but it certainly didn’t,” read part of the statement.
According to Jub Jub, he initially wanted to remove himself from the preparations for the event due to issues of corruption, misuse of funds, and exploitation of artists.
He further accused Mokoena of allegedly extorting money from key individuals with his name and bringing his brand into disrepute. “I believe in doing business with honesty and integrity and hence I removed myself from all preparations As for my fans and fellow associates, I hold you with high regard and sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused as you all fall collateral to this internal fallout.”

I think it’s time you start to expose ALL not some but ALL the people who have exploited and used u, trying to keep evidence as collateral does not help. We unfortunately live in a man-eats-man world now. Break the silence & clean ur name & reputation, this is honestly long overdue. If I were u I’d be tired of having my name dragged through the mud time & time again with no action all in the name of goodness."
The_black_wealth commented "Whose the lady? Expose her. We are tired of them acting as victims sometimes. We are all human beings and need to be respected and taken care of. We believe you Maswidi"
shaz_tauza commented, "Be strong molemo may god strength you every day and we are forever behind you and we will never stop loving and supporting you."
