The 18 year old died last last night at the Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital in Ga-Rankuwa.
Ontlametse who become famous for her battle with Progeria was an inspiration to many people.
She was regarded as a miracle child after outliving doctors predictions by 4 years, she was told that she would not live past 14 years.
