The two have been going at each other about what should and shouldn’t happen at the wedding and John Maputla is the one caught in the middle.  Fans have taken to social media to express their delight at the sight of Meikie Maputla being put in her place. A lot of people have fallen victim to Meikie’s emotionally abuse ever since Skeem Saam began – more especially her daughters in law Mmapitsi and Mokgadi. She really is that mother in law from hell.

Another storyline from Skeem Saam that has been trending is that of Kwaito’s entanglement with Elizabeth Thobakgale and Glenda. It appears Zamokuhle has finally about his decision and chosen Glenda as his main girlfriend. In the recent episode, Principal Thobakgle walked in on them chatting about removing Lizzy as Mapitsi’s Made of Honour and broke the news to her daughter and she hasn’t taken it well.
