Paballo Kgware is a well known and beloved content creator, who is mainly popular on TikTok. However, back in 2021, when news of Showmax’s The Wife confirming that the third and final season would focus on Naledi: His Love, Kgware garnered national acclaim on Twitter.

This is as Showmax was called out at the time for allegedly being fat-phobic when they decided to disregard the calls for Paballo to be the The Wife’s Naledi, instead of the new beloved Gaisang K. Noge. This was as the book version, detailed Naledi to have been a plus size, full-figured woman who comes to love her body because of how much Qhawe, in the books, loves her and her body.

Now, Paballo, had to defend her weight again on social media as she shared that she was emotional over the matter the entire day yesterday.

Paballo Kgware had taken to Twitter to share some selfie snaps of herself on the app. One tweep then decided to zoom in where her skin was exposed in an effort to show how the skin is gathering. Initially, Paballo had tackled the matter head-on by sharing more images

A fact, which resulted in Nota deciding to add his two cents into the matter. Paballo was initially confrontational as she posted yet another picture, this time of her in the swimming pool, asking Nota to write another “think piece” on the image. Or alternatively, Paballo asked that he might want to focus on his marriage.

But it seems that the back and forth with a notorious account like Nota’s only allowed for more tweeps to feel like they could also fat-shame the digital content creator. A fact which resulted in her crying over the matter all day long.

Therefore, Kgware was one of the many celebrants of the news that Nota had been suspended on Twitter.

Why was Nota suspended?

Details as to why Nota is suspended on Twitter are unclear. But on the one hand, it is believed it is due to his tweets directed to estranged wife Berita following his last tweets. As reported previously:

While most people spent Christmas with their loved ones, or focussed on those near and dearest to them, it seems Nota was spending it realising what he lost when he lost his estranged wife. First, in true Nota style, he started off with a reminiscent tweet on his last Christmas with Berita.

He then took the Day of Reconciliation to make sure that he drags Berita for filth for allegedly spending Christmas “alone and homeless” instead with him and his family.

The post from th since suspended account wrote:

“Left a space for her at lunch with the family yesterday… Usisi is too pathetic to swallow her pride & come home to her family because the streets want her to be a victim. Young women, the streets don’t want you happy, you’ll be HOMELESS ALONE for Christmas posting old pictures!”
