Rumors of alcoholism have surrounded the singer since she first came onto the scene, the talented musician is often in the headlines for the wrong reasons and she is finally addressing the rumors.
In an in-depth interview with Drum magazine, Zahara tells all.
Speaking about the rumors she says, I am not an alcoholic and I was never in rehab.”
This follows claims that the singer has been on a downward spiral since becoming a superstar.
She then went to say, “My rehab is church. I think very highly of myself. I am young & like many young people, I drink. But I don’t drink recklessly and my drinking has never been out of control, so it shouldn’t be a big deal.”
Zahara is no longer with TS Records, she has gone independent, she recently opened her own company, Zahara Army & we wish her all the best.
